Its amazing except that it wont let me start a multiplayer server… plz fiX :(

This is a great work of art. It really captures wars moments and is on of the best war games you can play on a computer. I am playing this on an mbair and it works fine without turning of applications. Multiplayer works fine so i dont see how any1 should have problems on an macbookpro

this is a game anybody can play. real great. love hill 400 and d-day. the graphics are pretty impressive. must buy . worth 30 bucks.

I love CoD 2 but when I downloaded it off of the app store the key code was "already in use" for multiplayer, so I get kicked whenever you try to join a multiplayer match. Does anyone know how to fix this?

To use the word disappointing leads one to belive that I have feelings for this game. Yet, after the 12 hours it took to finally download, I go to play the game and find out that I can not use my game controller to play. The game wants me to use the mouse and the keyboard only, without an option to use a controller. That is unfathomable. I have always found the mouse and keyboard concept to be unwieldy in shooter games. I love the controller and use it on other shooter games on the Mac, so I know the controller works. I downloaded this game because it seemed to be highly praised, but I was sorely disappointed. Why would they create a game that has this flaw? Noone else seems to mind, but I found that I do mind. If you are like me, and find the mouse and keyboard concept difficuolt to use in shooter games, then this is NOT the game for you.

I bought this game solely for the multiplayer (as Im sure most people did). The multiplayer is fine and I was able to connect to servers. Im running a Macbook Pro 13 Early 2011 model. Oh, if you want to connect to servers, make sure you change the setting from Local to Internet, otherwise you wont get any.

Game loaded and ran fine. Once. After that, the game "hangs" after the initial screen, and I have to force quit the application. Aspyr knows that this is a problem, but "does not have the resources to fix it at this time". Dont bother with Aspyrs Customer Support either - just check out the complaints on Aspyrs Customer Support page for that story.

First time Ive had this problem. Be careful.

Cant even get it to download to any of my macs. What is up with that fix it!

Only downloads about half-way, then stops. Please fix!

After four days of trying to download this game it still wont work. Not to mention when you contact coustamer support they dont have anything to tell you and it takes three days for them to write back.

Runs flawless and the game itself is great (best of the series imo). If you have to decide between this and CoD 4 I would recommend buying this one since it is cheaper and the mechanics are better. (graphics are surprisingly good).

I was on the fence about getting this game. It has been out for a while and I didnt know if the graphics were going to be any good. Even thought the graphics are a bit dated, the game is awesome and makes up for that. For 15 dolars, I couldnt ask for more. Its fun and doesnt take long to learn. It runs incredibly smoothly even with other apps open. So far, I havent run into any problems. Its also a great value for only $15. If you are on the fence, get it. You wont regret it.

This would be a good game if i was able to PLAY IT. I always get the same error in the middle of the download. Anyone know what i can do?

I have had this game for about a week now and I really like it. The game runs fine on my MacBook (13 inch- late 2011) and i have it on high settings. I think anyone who likes CoD and wants a game for their Mac should get this. (I have never tried Multiplayer)

I have this on pc but loved it so much i had to buy it on mac. Its has a great campaign. You can be: American, British and Russians all fighting against the germans. i think it has pretty good graphics for being made 7 years ago, of corse no where near as good as the newer call of dutys. But i highly sugguest this game. Its really fun! :)

Runs great until you try to raise the difficulty to either hardened or veteran which is when it either crashes or freezes during the Pipeline mission. I can complete the game with no problems on each of the difficulty levels on my PC and my XBOX360. If you must have a great shooter for your Mac get either COD 4 or COD Black Ops. Wish we could get COD Modern Warfare 2 & 3 and Black Ops 2 for the Mac. Also wish the first COD came with the United Offensive expansion.

This is one of my favorate ww2 gaes and runs smooth on the mac book pro.

It runs smoothly on older macs multiplayer is in my opinon the best to date although I had trouble with the key code not letting me join gmaes I had to got to user/library/prefrences/ and delete the aspyer key code file then restart the game and this resolved the issue.
